Documents required for Fresh Passport – Minors with Parents having spouse name in the passport
These are the list of documents required for Fresh passport and this applies when a minor whose parents are holding a valid passport with spouse name endorsed. Attested photocopy of the parents passport should be submitted along with date of birth and the address proof.
