Documents required for Fresh Passport – Minor children of Govt Employees
These are list of documents required for Fresh Passport for a minor whose parents are employees of Government (or) PSU (or) other statutory bodies. Along with Identity certificate issued by the Government or PSU, address and date of birth proof should be also submitted by the applicant
