- Citizen Service Executive Support: If you prefer speaking to a person, citizen service executives are available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- 24/7 Support: For simple questions, the Automated Interactive Voice Response (IVRS) Support is available 24 hours a day. This is perfect for checking the status of an application or for general information outside of normal business hours.
- For J&K and NorthEast: Citizens are requested to dial 040-66720567(paid) for J&K and 040-66720581(paid) for NE states. Inconvenience caused is regretted.
