Passport Office has come out with a Fee Calculator Portal for displaying the fees that should be paid when applying for New/Fresh Passports. And it differs for Normal as well as Tatkal categories
Step 1: Go to this url – http://passportindia.gov.in/AppOnlineProject/fee/feeInput
Step 2: Select Application Type
Step 3: Then choose type of Service
Step 4: Then choose Applicant Age (Choose 18 years & above)
Step 5: Choose pages booklet as 36 or 60
Step 6: Then Choose Normal or Tatkal (Price differs between Normal & Tatkal Passports)
Step 7: Then Click on calculate fee
Fee would be displayed as shown.
