Fresh Passport – Conditions for Nagaland Resident Category

If a person is applying for a Fresh Passport and is a Resident of Nagaland then these conditions should be satisfied

• Your Place of Birth is in Nagaland.
• Your Permanent Address is in Nagaland.
• Your Present Address is in Nagaland. This however doesn’t include the case where Indian Citizens from other states have been deployed in Nagaland by Indian Government on official duty.
