Documents required for Reissue of Passport – When Passport has Expired

These are the documents that are required when you are applying for Passport Reissue because your Old passport has expired and this applies only when your are renewing the passport within 3 years after expiry of the old passport

• Old Passport in original with self-attested photocopy of its first two and last two pages
• Page of observation (if any), made by Passport Issuing Authority and validity extension page, if any, in respect of short validity passport (Not needed if there are any observations)
• Documentary proof for any one of the Non-ECR  (Degree or Matriculation Circulation) – See here
